We collect only what we need to fulfil a booking: your name, mobile number, email address and the delivery/collection address for the skip or clearance. We do not store payment card data — payments are handled by our payment processor.
To schedule the driver, contact you about the job, keep an order history, and comply with waste-carrier record-keeping obligations.
Drivers may upload photos of the skip placement or waste as proof of service. These are visible to you, the assigned driver and our office staff only.
We share your details with our drivers and with our waste-transfer partners as required for the job. We do not sell your data.
Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC and waste-carrier obligations. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn any time.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. Use the "Delete my account" button on your profile to erase your account and personal details. Historic order records may be retained in an anonymised form for legal record-keeping.
